The list of staff and their responsibilities should help in choosing the most appropriate person to contact:
Paul Crake, Executive Director, is responsible for providing support and advice to the Board and Executive Committee on all issues to do with the governance of the IPA. He manages the staff and oversees all IPA operations in which staff are involved.

Joanne Beavis, ING Manager, is responsible for providing support to the ING Committee, managing IPA elections and advising Members on IPA Policy regarding these issues.

Simon Shutler, the Finance Director, is responsible for all aspects of finance and the information technology systems in the Central Office.

Robert Stein, the Head of Membership Services, is responsible for congress management, internal publications and some grant schemes. He also works on marketing and income generation activity.

Mike Tilley, the IPA’s Membership and Database Manager, manages the electronic database of Members, the Congress database of proposals, Congress registration data management and technical aspects of the IPA website.

Rhoda Bawdekar, Webmaster and Publications Officer, is responsible for content and design management of the IPA website. She also works closely with the Publications Committee, co-ordinating the production of IPA Publications.

Anikó Solti, Secretary to the Board, is responsible for organising and minuting Board, Executive Committee and Business Meetings, co-ordinating the Committees list, maintaining the Procedural Code.

Karina Gutierrez, Membership Secretary, is responsible for day-to-day operations of the membership database, and supporting membership activities and provide general office administration.
