What to do if you have not received your ballot paper or email
Ballots for the IPA Elections were sent on 28th February 2013. If you did not register to receive your ballot material by e.mail and your postal ballot has not reached you please let the ERS know by sending an e.mail to: ipa@electoralreform.co.uk
If you have registered to receive your ballot material by e.mail and have not received your ballot email (please note this will have come from the following email address: IPA@electoralreform.co.uk)please check the spam box of your e.mail system. If you have not received the material please let the ERS know by sending an e.mail to: ipa@electoralreform.co.uk
The IPA’s elections are governed by the Procedural Code document: ‘Rules limits and Procedures for IPA Elections’. If you have any questions about the elections process please write to: jo_b@ipa.org.uk
Voting will be open from 28th February to 31st May 2013. Only IPA Members elected on or before January 31st 2013 are eligible to vote in this election.
Each IPA Member in ‘good standing’ will have the opportunity to vote for the 7 Representatives from his/her region. The incumbent Treasurer, Dr. Juan Carlos Weissmann, has been elected unopposed for a second 2 year term you are not therefore asked to vote for this position.
The Representatives shall serve terms of two years. With a maximum of two consecutive two year terms. The successful candidates for Representative (7 from each region) will serve from 2013 – 2015. Representatives who did not previously serve on the Board from 2011 – 2013 may stand for re-election to the Board for the 2015 – 2017 term.
Please exercise your right to vote – the stronger the participation, the stronger the IPA.

“Please note that there is a printing error on the English language printed ballot papers that were sent out on 28th February. The first sentence of Dr. Perdigao’s cover letter should have read
‘1) 2013 Elections
The Elections ballot gives you the opportunity to vote for the 7 Representatives from your region. The incumbent Treasurer, Dr. Juan Carlos Weissmann, has been elected unopposed for a second 2 year term you are not therefore asked to vote for this position.’
