Mandate

The Steering Committee shall ensure cooperation, the avoidance of duplication and the coherence of goals and priorities in the work of the Projects Committees, the Outreach Committee, the Projects Funding Committee, the International Research Board and any other Committees such as the Education and Oversight Committee. The Steering Committee will report to the Board.

The President shall serve as Chair of the Steering Committee; its members shall include the Chairs of the Project Committees, the Chair of the Outreach Committee, the Chair of the Projects Funding Committee and the Chair of the IRB.

The Steering Committee will not require funding except for telephone conferences that will be charged to the budget of the President.
