The Committee is asked:

1. To consider and seek the Board's approval for the criteria which should be applied in reviewing nominations for this award, and to reconsider these criteria from time to time.

2. To review any nominations referred to the Committee by the IPA Executive Committee against the agreed criteria.

3. To make recommendations to the Board as to whether it considers that the nominees meet the agreed criteria, and whether or not any should be granted the award. Positive recommendations should be accompanied by a citation and the reasons supporting the recommendation.
